Wildwood Golf Club
Middletown, Ohio

Wildwood Golf Club is one of southwestern Ohio’s best kept secrets.  The short traditional country club course established in 1922 is one of the finest in the area.  There are a lot of things to appreciate about Wildwood.

For starters, it has that traditional club house and dining room that every good country club needs.  Then there’s the pool.  But of course, as with any country club, the main attraction here is the course.

Wildwood is eighteen holes of wonderfully sloping and turning fairways.  There’s a good variety of blind shots and holes where you know exactly where you are headed.  The only hazards are those that line the edges of the holes that lie on the outskirts of the course.  There are hardly any hazards that cut across the middle of the fairway.

Wildwood also gives a couple of fun holes to its players.  Number 13, for example, is a drivable par 4 but one that is riddled with bunkers.  The fairway ends on this hole at about 50 yards so it becomes a fun strategy game to see who can play the hole the best.  The greens are in great shape, are fast, and are fun to read.  Learn more about this well-hidden country club, by visiting Wildwood Golf Club.
