UNC Finley Golf Course

Home to the University of North Carolina Men’s and Women’s golf teams, UNC Finley is a top notch public golf course.  With great practice facilities and just a beautiful eighteen holes, UNC Finley is a great course.

The main strength of a college course like this is that there are tees for everyone.  The “Tar Heel Tees” come in at a whopping 7300.  These tees would be challenging for even the most experienced of players.  However, all other tees come in under 7000 and the front tees are under 5000, making this course playable for anyone.

The sand bunkers are another major strength of this course.  They are in beautiful fluffy condition and make you feel like a pro when you blast a shot out onto the green.

It’s more of a links-style course with very few trees.  However, water hazards are common and run down the fairway on more than a couple of holes.  To learn more, visit UNC Finley.
