The Player's Club River's Bend

The Player’s Club River's Bend is one of the premier private courses in southern Ohio.  Arnold Palmer’s winning design won River's Bend a place among Golf Digest’s “Top 10 Best New Private Clubs in the U.S.” when it opened in 2002.  There is no doubt that this course was deserving of that spot.

The TPC River's Bend is a fun and challenging track that makes you feel like you are playing the courses the pros play on television.  It’s beautifully manicured.  There’s hardly a brown spot on the entire course even in late summer.  The greens are fast and perfect.  Your ball will never be thrown off line at the last minute by a tricky ball mark.

The two nines mesh together flawlessly.  Both sides have their share of dog-legs and blind shots.  Hazards litter a couple of holes on each side.  And almost every hole comes packed with at least two or three sand bunkers.  River's Bend is definitely a course that requires thought and strategy before each shot.  Staying below the hole is the key to this course but is sometimes difficult considering that some of the greens are small.
