Sycamore Creek Country Club is one of the few private clubs located between Cincinnati and Dayton.  And it has everything that you could want in a private club.

Sycamore has an elegant clubhouse, a pool, and tennis facilities as well as a beautiful golf course.  The golf course itself is set against a backdrop of stunning views of wooded areas.  The course plays like a traditional country club with tight fairways, fast greens, and long holes.  It is a challenging run that requires a higher level of play.

The front and back nine are pretty similar.  Both feature hills and blind shots and plenty of fluffy sand bunkers and creeks that cut across the fairways.  The most challenging part of the course is the speed of the greens.  Sycamore is definitely a course in which it is best to hit your approach shot below the hole so that you can have an uphill putt.  Otherwise you risk putting your ball straight off the green.
