A great, affordable country club, Sugar Valley offers some interesting play on its par-71 course.  Although fairly straight forward, Sugar Valley throws in some interesting twists and turns that make everything more interesting.

The greens are the centerpiece of this beautiful country club.  They roll straight, true, and fast.  While they are simple to read, undulations in the greens make it difficult to actually play enough break.  Hills are rampant throughout the course.  They come in the form of drop offs off the tee and slants in the fairway that make all tee shots drain into the same area.

Luckily, Sugar Valley’s only real form of hazard is heather and some trees.  Bunkers are scarce in the fairway but can be found often around the green.
