Heatherwoode Golf Club is a great choice for almost any player.  It’s one of the top public golf courses in southern Ohio.  It’s the former home of the Nike’s Tour Miami Valley Open.  Playing at a par 71, it’s a little bit shorter than most courses in the area but requires more strategy and course management. 

Both nines play similarly.  However, the front nine has a little more room for mistakes.  The back nine, conversely, tightens up the fairways and puts in more hazards.  Five of the holes on the back nine involve lateral hazards that really come into play.

Heatherwoode is also one of the best-manicured golf courses in the area.  Its greens are always in perfect condition, and its fairways always seem to be a luscious green.  Heatherwoode is another great choice for most golfers.  It demands a little more thinking than a lot of courses in the area but is well worth it.  To find out more visit Heatherwoode. http://www.heatherwoodegc.com/.
