Cassel Hills Golf Course Cassel Hills Golf Course could not be set in a more beautiful part of the area. In the middle of Taylorsville Nature Reserve, golfers get to enjoy the beauty of nature and wildlife while still being challenged. Cassel Hills prides itself in having two differently styled nines. The front nine is setup in links fashion. It’s relatively flat and open, favoring the player who likes to smash his or her driver. Of course, to add to the challenge, there are plenty of bunkers to make golfers stumble. The back nine is said to play more like mountain golf, and this is pretty accurate. Number eleven, for example, drops down a steep hill off the tee and then dog legs to the left as the hole elevates again. The hole and the tee are almost on the same level, and the green is almost reachable if you’re willing to chance the hazards on the left. The greens roll smooth, and there are rarely any problems on the putting surfaces. To learn more, visit Cassel Hills. |
