Most golfers misaim the club face before the
swing. Golfers who routinely misaim will
make adjustments to their swing to make the ball finish at the
target.Adjusting the swing can
rob the golfer of power, direction and solid contact.
Most of the touring professional use an
intermediate target.An
intermediate target is a spot between the ball and the target about 5 to
6 feet out from the ball. This is
like a sight on a gun.Standing
behind the ball, before you step up to the ball, will allow you to pick
an intermediate target so you can get the club face squared up along
with your body.Knowing you are
aligned correctly with the intermediate target should help you correct
misaiming the club.
